Talk about your statement pieces! The Monarch Skirt has a flat waistband in front, with elastic at the back, and a very full, A-line silhouette. The top layer of the skirt is done in a very crisp cotton organdy, that's been dip-dyed to spectacular effect. The underskirt is in a soft cotton poplin. We find this is running a bit on the large side.
